2. Description of Service

• For Patients: We provide a platform to search for medical practices, book appointments, and leave reviews based on your experience.
• For Practices/Doctors: We provide a practice management tool to schedule appointments, manage patient files (Electronic Health Records), and interact with patients.
• Not a Healthcare Provider: Healio is a technology platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Always consult directly with a qualified healthcare professional for medical issues.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Practices must ensure that only authorized personnel access patient files through our platform.

4. Patient Responsibilities & Reviews

• Appointments: You agree to attend booked appointments or cancel them with sufficient notice through the platform.
• Ratings and Reviews: Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain hate speech, profanity, spam, or false information.

5. Practice/Doctor Responsibilities

• Medical Liability: Practices hold full responsibility for the medical care provided to patients.
• Data Compliance: Practices must ensure that their use of our patient management and file-storage tools complies with all applicable Yemeni healthcare and privacy regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, missed appointments, or the medical care provided by doctors found on our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Yemen. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Yemen.
